Air fryer lasagna
Here's how to make lasagna in the air fryer at home, a traditional and simple first course to make in this version.
Lasagna is one of the most traditional first courses of the Italian gastronomic tradition. It is a typical product that is elaborate but not complex to prepare. When preparing lasagna cooked in an air fryer, it will only take a few minutes to cook. The ingredients are always the same and we start with sheets of very thin egg pasta to be stacked in the cut, together with layers of mozzarella, ragĂą, bechamel and much more. This first course is very substantial and will be able to satisfy everyone's palates.
Preparing lasagna in the air fryer
- Before starting, prepare a good ragĂą using the air fryer , which serves as a condiment for the dish.
- Once done, move on to the béchamel sauce. Pour the butter into a pan and let it melt on the stove.
- Add the flour and put the saucepan back on the heat; stirring with a spoon, mix the two ingredients.
- Remove from the heat and add the milk little at a time, allowing it to be absorbed by the mixture. Put it back on the stove and cook for another 10 minutes or so, to thicken the béchamel sauce.
- At this point, take an aluminum tray that fits the size of the fryer.
- Spread a little béchamel on the bottom and then arrange a first layer of egg pasta sheet.
- Cover with the ragù, then a layer of béchamel and a sprinkling of grated cheese.
- Place another layer of dough and repeat the whole process.
- After covering with the last layer of pasta, cover with the last amount of ragù, béchamel and grated cheese.
- Place the tray in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 25-30 minutes . Once finished, let cool before serving.
