- To start with, you have to clean the prawns . Wash them under running water and start by removing the head, then the legs and finally the carapace using a knife.
- Remember to extract the dark, internal filament from the pulp using the tip of a small knife.
- You decide whether to leave the queue or delete that too.
- As you proceed, cleaning the prawns, you can arrange them on a cutting board.
- At this point, take the bacon to use to wrap them.
