Preparation
How to prepare the recipe for apple puff pastry with puff pastry
First of all, wash the apples carefully, cut them in half, remove the cores, then cut them into thin slices without peeling them (for this reason we recommend using fruit of safe origin and untreated, preferably organic).
Immerse the apples in water acidulated with a spoonful of lemon juice and set aside for the moment.
Unroll the puff pastry , roll it out and divide it into 8 equal parts, first cutting it in half lengthwise and then into 4 along the short side. Space them apart using the supplied baking paper or transfer them to a baking tray lined with new foil.
Prick them in the central part to prevent them from swelling, then spread a teaspoon of apricot jam on each one.
Distribute the apple slices on the pastry and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes or until they are puffy and crispy.
Serve them when they have cooled, finishing with a sprinkling of icing sugar .
