Baked salmon is perhaps one of the simplest fish second courses you can prepare. Tender, succulent and full of flavor, it doesn't require great skill to prepare. The best way to proceed is to cook the salmon steak in the oven, so that thanks to the larger size you won't risk overcooking it, but nobody forbids you to use the fillets .

In order to appreciate all the flavor of this fish, we advise you not to overdo it with the aromas. How to make baked salmon recipe

To prepare baked salmon you can use fillets or slices, fresh or frozen. In the latter case, we advise you to let them defrost in the refrigerator overnight before cooking them.

  1. Then place your salmon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. On the side, create an emulsion with the oil , the minced garlic cloves with the parsley and the lemon juice .
  3. Pour it over the fish and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes .
  4. Serve the salmon hot in the oven.

You can store baked salmon for 1-2 days in the refrigerator, while it is not advisable to freeze it because this fish would lose much of its consistency in the freezer.
