First, if you buy artichokes to clean , remove the final part of the stem, the outermost layer of the leaves and the tips. Also remove the central beard and finally cut them into 8 segments.
Place the garlic in the bowl and chop for 5 seconds. speed 6.
Add the oil and fry for 3 minutes. 100°C speed 1.
Add the cleaned artichokes and season for 2 minutes. 100°C Counterclockwise.
Pour in the water (or the edge), the parsley and a pinch of salt and finish cooking for 10 minutes. 100°C speed Soft. Serve them hot.
