How to prepare the recipe for aubergines au gratin

1. First wash the aubergines , remove the ends and cut them into slices half a centimeter thick.

2. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, season them with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil .

3. In a bowl, add cheese, breadcrumbs, a finely chopped clove of garlic (optional), chopped parsley and well-washed and chopped cherry tomatoes.
