The choice is yours whether to cook the potatoes together, so as to reduce worries to zero, or to combine them with a more classic side dish such as a green salad .
The trick to keeping pork chops soft and juicy is cooking. As far as flavor is concerned, however, it is the marinade ingredients that make the difference. We love garlic, sage and rosemary but you can use the ones you prefer: oregano, bay leaf, thyme… Our advice is to chop them finely with a knife or use the ones already ready so that they are distributed well on the meat.

Preparation
How to make baked pork chops recipe
First prepare the marinade. Mix the oil, squeezed lemon juice, chopped garlic together with sage and rosemary and ground pepper in a baking dish.
Place the chops and turn them on both sides, massaging the meat well. Cover with cling film and let rest for 30 minutes.
Now put the chops in the oven and cook at 180°C for 30-25 minutes , depending on the thickness. Turn them halfway through cooking and serve hot.
To prepare the side dish in one go, while the meat is seasoning, peel two potatoes , cut them into 2cm cubes and blanch them for 10 minutes in salted water. Drain them, season them with oil, salt and pepper and cook them in the same pan as the meat. It is important that there is space for both preparations without them overlapping.
