Preparing the Beetroot and Potato Salad Recipe
- Put the potatoes in a pot full of water and let it boil until softened .
- When they are cooked, drain them and let them cool. Then peel them and cut them into slices of about half a cm .
- Take the beets and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess liquid.
- Sliced ​​too with a thickness of half a cm .
- In a small bowl, mix a drizzle of oil with a pinch of salt and a handful of thyme.
- Arrange the potatoes and beets on a serving plate, alternating the slices .
- Season with the aromatic emulsion created and with a sprinkling of pepper.
