How to prepare the recipe for biscuits with chickpea flour

To prepare your biscuits with chickpea flour, first mix chickpea flour and almond flour together. Also add the yeast , a pinch of cinnamon , if you like, and the vanilla .

Separately, in a bowl, prepare a sort of emulsion by vigorously mixing the brown sugar together with the seed oil . When the mixture is smooth, add it to the flours. Then gradually add the water .

Tear off portions of dough about the size of a walnut and roll them in your hands. Transfer them to a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten them first with your hands and then pressing with the tines of a fork to create a nice decoration.

Cook them in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes , leaving them to cool on the tray before transferring them to a tin box.

For an even more delicious version you can add some chocolate chips to the dough. You can also replace the water with orange juice : you will get incredible biscuits.

Conservation

Biscuits with chickpea flour, like others, will keep for over a week in a tin box.
