  • Ripe banana – 150 g
  • Brown sugar – 50 g
  • Seed oil – 50 g
  • Bicarbonate – 1 pinch
  • Baking powder – 1/2 sachet

How to prepare the recipe for biscuits with rice flour without butter

To start, take a banana , peel it and cut it into coarse pieces, then pass it in the blender or mash it with a fork until you obtain a banana puree.

In a bowl, place the brown sugar and sift the rice flour , then add the banana , bicarbonate of soda and oil . Start kneading everything first with a spoon and then by hand.

Once you have obtained a compact dough , shape your biscuits. There are no rules here, you can use molds with particular designs or make more irregular handmade biscuits: give vent to your imagination.

Spread the biscuits on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes . When your biscuits are golden on the surface, they will be ready. Let them cool completely before moving them.
