Cake with peaches and chocolate

Here's how to make peach and chocolate cake at home, a delicious dessert with a soft dough.

The peach and chocolate cake is a very delicious dessert, perfect to share during a lunch with your guests. It is a sideboard dessert, with a very soft and fragrant dough. It is made even more delicious thanks to the presence of cocoa, which gives the dessert the color and classic flavor of chocolate. To enrich everything, fruit is added in slices to give even more flavor to everything; the presence of peaches also makes the dough moist and even softer.

Its preparation is very simple and takes little time . Work all the ingredients together, then add the fruit. With little effort, a dessert with a spectacular flavor is ready.

Preparing the recipe for the peach and chocolate cake

  1. To begin, sift the flour and yeast , pouring them into a bowl.
  2. Do the same with the bitter cocoa powder; then, also with vanillin.
  3. Mix and also add the sugar.
  4. At this point, also add the eggs and a pinch of salt. Work the mixture using electric whisks.
  5. When it becomes uniform, add the oil slowly. Continue mixing to incorporate it.
  6. Once done, wash the peaches and peel them; remove the stone and cut 2 of these into cubes , while the other should be left in thin slices for decoration.
  7. Add the fruit cubes to the mixture and mix with a spatula to distribute them evenly.
  8. Take a baking tray and line the inside with a sheet of baking paper.
  9. Pour the mixture inside and level the surface; distribute the peach slices over the top (if the pan is circular, you can distribute them in a radial pattern).
  10. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes ; test with a toothpick and, if it comes out dry, you can turn it off.

storage

The peach and chocolate cake is an excellent dessert, light and genuine with the flavor of fruit. It can be stored for 3-4 days , closed in an airtight container.
