Preparation of the recipe for lemon squid

  1. To prepare the lemon-scented squid, the first thing to do is to clean them. So, get rid of the inner part and rinse them very well . If you buy them already clean, go directly to the next step.
  2. At this point, cut the squid into slices about half a centimeter thick. Then, equip yourself with a large enough pan and fry a clove of garlic with olive oil. When the garlic is golden brown, remove it and add the squid cut into rings.
