Preparation of vegan feta: the recipe

  1. First, dissolve the miso in a bowl with the salt and apple cider vinegar, keep the resulting mixture aside, then place the tofu block in a pan of water.
  2. Place on the heat, bring to the boil and continue cooking for five minutes with the lid closed.
  3. Once cooked, drain the tofu immediately and place it inside a carefully clean glass container , cover with the marinade based on vinegar, miso and salt, close with the lid and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least a week .
  4. Once the marinating time has passed, you can use your vegan feta prepared with tofu as you prefer.
