Pour the two flours , the baking powder , the oat flakes and the sugar into a large bowl.

Add the vanillin then pour in the seed oil and the vegetable milk (almond milk is ideal) and mix initially with a spoon. Then proceed to knead with your hands to compact the dough.

Form small balls then flatten them directly with your hands on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes . Once cooked, remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack .
