Chicken meatballs in air fryer
Perfect for a family dinner, perhaps accompanied with potatoes and mayonnaise, air fryer chicken meatballs are amazing.
Air fryer chicken meatballs are a quick and easy second course to prepare, perfect when you don't know what to cook for dinner. In fact, like traditional meatballs, it is sufficient to mix all the ingredients and form small spheres. If you want, to make cooking faster and more uniform, you can also flatten them.
Air fryer chicken meatballs stay nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside . The best way to enjoy them is by accompanying them with mayonnaise , perhaps homemade. As for the side dishes, you are free to choose from your favourites: from the classic salad to baked potatoes or, why not, in the air fryer.
How to make air fryer chicken meatballs recipe
- First, finely chop the garlic and parsley.
- In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, the egg, the freshly prepared aromatic mixture, a pinch of salt and pepper and the parmesan. Mix well with a spoon to distribute all the flavors.
- Then add enough grated bread to dry the mixture a little and let it rest for 20 minutes . This way the bread will absorb the excess moisture and you will know exactly if you need to add more.
- Then form meatballs the size of a walnut and roll them in your hands. As they are ready, place them in the air fryer basket.
- Then spray them with the appropriate spray oil and cook them at 180°C for 20 minutes. We recommend enjoying them hot or slightly warmed.
