How to make air fryer chicken balls recipe

  1. First, finely chop the garlic and parsley.
  2. In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, the egg, the freshly prepared aromatic trite, a pinch of salt and one of pepper and the Parmesan. Mix well with a spoon to distribute all the flavours.
  3. Then add breadcrumbs just enough to dry the mixture a little and let it rest for 20 minutes . This way the bread will absorb excess moisture and you will know exactly if you need to add more.
  4. Then form meatballs the size of a walnut and roll them between your hands. As they are ready, place them in the basket of the air fryer.
  5. Then spray them with the appropriate spray oil and cook them at 180°C for 20 minutes. We advise you to taste them hot or slightly warmed up.
