  1. Before starting, fill a bowl with cold water; put the gelatine sheets in it and leave them to soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Also, chop the chocolate roughly with a knife.
  3. In a saucepan, pour the fresh liquid cream; add the sugar and mix.
  4. Then, place on a moderate heat and leave to cook until almost boiling.
  5. At this point, when the cream is hot, you can turn off the heat.
  6. Add the gelatine sheets, well squeezed , and mix.
  7. Also add the chopped chocolate and mix vigorously to mix all the ingredients and obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  8. All that remains is to distribute the liquid into serving glasses or molds. Place them in the fridge to harden for at least 4 hours .
  9. After this time, you can garnish your dessert as you prefer and serve it. If you made it in molds, you can turn them upside down and serve them on a plate.
