How to prepare the recipe for coffee cream with the Thermomix

  1. To prepare the coffee cream with the Thermomix with instant coffee, the first thing to do is to pour the milk into the ice molds and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours .
  2. Then combine the instant coffee and sugar in the Thermomix jug and blend Vel. Turbo for 10-12 seconds .
  3. Then add the frozen milk into cubes and blend again at Vel. 10 for 30 seconds .
  4. Spatulate everything towards the center, mount the butterfly accessory and operate the robot at Vel. 4 for 2-3 minutes . Distribute the cream in four cups and serve.

If, on the other hand, you prefer to prepare the Thermomix coffee cream with espresso then you will first have to dissolve 70 g of sugar in 50 ml of hot coffee , then add 200 ml of milk and then pour it all into the ice molds. Once frozen (the ideal would be for at least half a day), transfer to the jug and blend for 4 sec. Vel. 8 then mount the butterfly and work for 3 min. Vel. 4.
