Preparation of pasta salad for celiacs

  1. Place a pan of water on the heat to cook the pasta, once it has boiled, add salt, pour in the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package .
  2. In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into cubes, then also cut the mozzarella and olives into slices.
  3. Once the pasta has finished cooking, drain it , drain the water well and pour the pasta into a baking dish. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, mix well and leave to cool completely.
  4. Add the sauce ingredients to the now cold pasta and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy your meal!
