Preparation of pasta salad for celiacs
- Place a pan of water on the heat to cook the pasta, once it has boiled, add salt, pour in the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package .
- In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into cubes, then also cut the mozzarella and olives into slices.
- Once the pasta has finished cooking, drain it , drain the water well and pour the pasta into a baking dish. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, mix well and leave to cool completely.
