- Place them in a bowl, where you need to add the olive oil and garlic.
- Wash the rocket and mix to distribute the flavors well.
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips and add it to the bowl.
- Mix again, then pour the sauce over the pasta. All you have to do is plate it.
Conservation
Pasta with smoked salmon is excellent, because it only involves cooking the pasta, while the sauce must be added cold. You can keep it for a maximum of 3 days in the fridge .
