Crazy moorhen
Here's how to prepare a simple but tasty gurnard with crazy water, a second fish dish.
Enriching lunch or dinner with flavor is very easy with the recipe for crazy water gurnard. It is a light and delicious fish main course, also good to serve for dinner. Preparing it is very simple and takes little time, because the fish cooks directly with the other ingredients ; all you need is water, wine, olive oil, cherry tomatoes and little else to create a succulent sauce.

Preparing the recipe for crazy water gurnard
- If you need to clean the fish, proceed by scaling and gutting the product . Remove the gills and fins and rinse them under running water, then pat them dry with a clean cloth.
- Take a pan and pour olive oil on the bottom.
- Add the garlic and brown it over a moderate heat.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half ; then, add them to the pan.
- Season with salt and chopped parsley.
- At this point add the fish and blend with the white wine.
- When the alcohol has completely evaporated, pour in the water and raise the heat to high, leaving to cook for 10 minutes , or until it reaches the boil.
- Then cover with a lid. Cook for about 15 minutes.
- Once finished, remove the garlic, season with pepper and serve.
Conservation
The gurnard all'acqua pazza is such a good fish that, prepared in this way, it becomes succulent and irresistible. The best advice is to consume it immediately , avoiding storage. However, you can also store it in the fridge for 1 day , inside a special container with a lid. We defrost the freezing in the freezer.
