It's a short step from the Netflix series of the moment to TikTok. Here's how to prepare the viral Squid game biscuits with the original recipe.
Directly from the Netflix TV series, “Squid game”, comes the latest trend in terms of recipes: Squid game biscuits or dalgona biscuits. The Korean film tells the story of 456 people who are selected to participate in a game where their very lives are at stake. In the wake of lose or die, one of the tests features a very famous cookie in Korea prepared solely with sugar and bicarbonate.
The aim of the game is to detach the shape of the caramel Squid game biscuits using a pin without breaking the figure. Obviously this all happens in a very limited amount of time. The craze for these cookies is taking the internet by storm and has gone viral on TikTok . If you also want to try your hand at this test, all you have to do is follow our recipe, arm yourself with a stopwatch and patience and then try everything!

- Granulated sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Bicarbonate – 1 pinch
Preparation
How to prepare Squid Game biscuits with the original recipe
The preparation is really simple and has little to do with our concept of biscuits. Place the sugar in a non-stick pan and let it melt over medium heat.
Once liquid, add a pinch of bicarbonate of soda . Be careful not to overdo it or too much foam will form.
Mix well and once you get an amber color, pour everything onto a sheet of baking paper . While it is still hot, make a shape of your choice using a glass or biscuit mould.
Let it cool completely before proceeding with the challenge.

Conservation
