Peasant pasta is the right recipe for you because it is one of those condiments that is prepared exactly in the cooking time of the pasta. Peasant pasta with vegetables is one of those recipes that everyone prepares as they like. We chose summer vegetables such as tomato, pepper, courgette and aubergine, cooked in a pan and flavored with basil . The result is a vegan first course suitable for the whole family. How to prepare the peasant pasta recipe

  1. First wash all the vegetables. Remove the ends of the courgettes and aubergines, remove the seeds and internal white filaments from the stem and then cut them into pieces of about 1 cm on each side. Instead, divide the cherry tomatoes into four.
  2. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package.
  3. In a pan, heat the oil with the garlic clove and add all the vegetables. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook over high heat for 10-12 minutes . Finally, add the basil chopped with your hands to preserve its freshness.
  4. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and toss it in the pan with the sauce. Here's your dinner saver ready!

Peasant style pasta with sausage

As mentioned at the beginning, you can prepare a tasty first course by adding 200 g of sausage crumbled by hand. In this case, put it in the pan before the vegetables together with the oil, brown it over high heat and then continue as per the recipe. The peasant pasta with sausage is truly irresistible.
