Obviously we too want to have our say and for this reason we have to offer you our crafty ice cream, a recipe ready in 5 minutes to prepare ice cream without an ice cream maker and without eggs.
Without, without, without… but then what do we need for this ice cream? The ingredients that will allow you to obtain a creamy ice cream like that of the ice cream parlor but using a few genuine products are fresh cream and condensed milk . You won't need anything else to make the fiordilatte base and then enrich it with fruit, nutella or pistachio paste . Let's find out how together!
How to prepare smart ice cream with the very quick recipe
- First, pour the fresh cream (the one from the refrigerated counter, to be clear, not the pasteurized one in the briquette) into a bowl and whip it until stiff with a kitchen whisk.
- Then pour the condensed milk , always whisking so as to mix it as much as possible.
- Transfer the ice cream into a container fitted with a lid and put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.
Smart ice cream will not crystallize excessively thanks to the use of condensed milk. This in fact provides sweetness but at the same time keeps the cream soft.
The variant: crafty fruit ice cream
- 400 g of fresh fruit of your choice (sweet and juicy)
- 250 ml of fresh cream
- 150 g of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon of limoncello
- First wash the fruit and remove the waste, then blend it with an immersion mixer together with the liqueur to obtain a puree.
- Mix it with the condensed milk .
- Whip the cream with an electric whisk until you get a frothy mixture.
- Incorporate the mix of condensed milk and fruit puree and transfer into a container fitted with a lid.
- Leave in the freezer for 4 hours before consuming it.
Nutella craft ice cream
- 250 ml of fresh cream
- 150 g of condensed milk
- 170 g of nutella
- Start by whipping the cream with an electric whisk.
- On the side, mix the condensed milk with the nutella (if it is too hard, put it in the microwave for 5-6 seconds without the cap).
- Add the latter mixture a spoonful of cream to soften it.
- Finally, incorporate everything into the cream, stirring gently from bottom to top to avoid disassembling the compound.
- Transfer the ice cream into a jar and leave it in the freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.
Smart pistachio ice cream
- 250 ml of fresh cream
- 150 g of condensed milk
- 170 g of pistachio paste
- Start by whipping the cream until stiff .
- Separately, work the condensed milk with the pistachio paste , then incorporate everything into the cream, stirring gently from bottom to top, helping yourself with a kitchen spatula.
- Transfer everything into a jar and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.

storage
You can keep the ice cream in the freezer for a few months. However, we advise you to take it out of the refrigerator at least ten minutes before serving.
