More long skirts and less miniskirts: the mermaid skirt is the real new protagonist of spring/summer 2023. We have started to spot it in the first summer fashion campaigns and its elegant silhouette has already won us over!

The skirt is undoubtedly experiencing a new season since last year. If 2022 was the year of the miniskirt, 2023 travels between the midi and long skirts but in an enveloping and sinuous version: in fact, the mermaid skirt will undoubtedly be the long model that we will wear the most from spring to summer, in transparent textures, patchwork and silk effect. Therefore, less plain color and more patterned, less straight and voluminous models: the lightness and sinuous silhouette of the mermaid skirt has been stolen from formal dresses and becomes casual!
