Preparation of the recipe for the zucchini and cherry tomato savory pie

  1. Roll out the puff pastry into a 24 cm circular tart mold lined with parchment paper.
  2. Form the raised edges and prick the base with a fork.
  3. Finely slice the tomatoes and place them on a sheet of absorbent paper to remove excess moisture.
  4. Also cut the courgettes and scamorza into thin slices .
  5. Stuff the savory pie by alternating scamorza, tomatoes and zucchini. Brush with oil and add salt, pepper and a handful of thyme.
  6. In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan, the minced garlic and basil, and a spoonful of oil.
  7. Mix and pour the mixture over the cake.
  8. Bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
