How to prepare the fried green beans recipe

  1. First, trim the green beans and wash them well under running water. Remove the excess by dabbing them with a clean cloth and then work on the batter .
  2. Mix the flour and water in a bowl using a whisk to avoid lumps. Season with salt and add a pinch of pepper to taste.
  3. Dip the green beans a few at a time then, using a fork or kitchen tongs, recover them and pass them in the breadcrumbs . As they are ready, place them on a plate.
  4. Fry them in 3-4 cm of boiling seed oil, a few at a time to avoid lowering the temperature excessively, then drain them with a slotted spoon once golden and crunchy and pass them on absorbent paper. Serve hot with sauces of your choice.
