  1. First clean the sea bream by gutting them and removing the scales. You can also buy already cleaned sea bream to speed up preparation. Once this is done, wash the insides well under running water.
  2. Prepare chopped garlic and parsley and distribute it in the belly of the fish together with two slices of lemon, a pinch of salt and one of pepper.
  3. Place the sea bream in the air fryer basket and drizzle them with a drizzle of oil. Cook at 200°C for 20 minutes and serve piping hot with a side dish of your choice.
