How to prepare the pancake recipe with the Thermomix

  1. To prepare pancakes with the thermomix, put the butter in the bowl and let it melt for 2 minutes. 70°C speed 1.
  2. Then add all the other ingredients called for in the recipe: milk, flour, sugar, eggs, yeast and salt , keeping in mind that you can also halve them. Mix everything for 10 seconds. speed 5.
