And this doesn't make the dish heavier. It becomes even more important if the calories given by the condiment are "important".

– Pay attention, therefore, to the oil which should be used sparingly and possibly raw. Also try to use few sugars , animal fats and, obviously, salt. What to use as a substitute for oil, butter and other fats? Spices and aromatic herbs !
