How to cook lamb skewers
- Let's start with the marinade for the lamb: cut the meat into cubes of about 3 cm per side, seasoning it with all the herbs chopped with a knife, salt and pepper.
- Add the oil and the juice of 1 lemon, then leave to marinate in a closed container, in the fridge, for 1-2 hours.
- Once the time has passed, take the cubes of meat and skewer them , trying to maintain the marinade.
- Cook on a grill at a medium, constant temperature, turning the skewers every 2 or 3 minutes 3-4 times. If, however, you want to cook the meat skewers in a pan, get a large one, grease it lightly and leave them on medium heat for about ten minutes . Finally, if you want to opt for cooking in the oven, cook at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
