Lemon jam with the Thermomix

Bimby lemon jam

Fresh, sugary but with a citrus aftertaste: here is lemon jam with the Thermomix, excellent on bread or for desserts of all kinds.

Preparing lemon jam with the Thermomix is really simple! Citrus fruit jams and marmalades such as lemons, oranges, citrons or grapefruits are characterized by a sweet and sugary taste and a more pungent and acidic aftertaste , tending towards bitterness given that very often the peel of citrus fruits is also used in the preparation of these recipes.

However, to prevent the bitterness of the citrus fruits from overwhelming the sweetness, it is necessary to leave the lemons to soak for a few hours before starting to cook the jam. Here's how to prepare the lemon jam recipe with the Thermomix whatever model you have (TM5, TM6 and TM31).
