Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 125 g of yoghurt
  • 2 jars of sugar
  • 2 jars of flour
  • 1 jar of starch
  • 1 jar of seed oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 3 eggs

Pour the yoghurt into a bowl then, mixing with an electric whisk, incorporate the sugar, egg yolks, oil and flour. Separately, whip the egg whites and incorporate them into the mixture, stirring gently. Pour everything into a 24 cm pan and cook at 180°C for 45 minutes .

We advise you to try the even lighter vegan cake 7 jars , without eggs but still soft and fragrant.

Chocolate cake

Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 160 g of chocolate
  • 200 g of butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 180 g of 00 flour
  • 50 g of cocoa
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • icing sugar to taste

Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until creamy. Then add the eggs and the melted chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring constantly with a whisk. Finally add the sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder and a pinch of salt. Pour the mixture into a pan and cook at 180°C for 40 minutes .

Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 4 apples
  • 300 g of flour
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 120 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • lemon zest to taste
  • cinnamon to taste

Whip the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the soft butter, the flour and the other ingredients: the milk, the lemon zest, a pinch of cinnamon and the baking powder. Finally, incorporate the egg whites until stiff and half of the apples cut into small pieces. Pour the mixture into a cake tin and decorate the surface with the remaining apples cut into slices. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes and serve once cold.

Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 300 g of carrots
  • 250 g of 00 flour
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 120 g of almond flour
  • 170 g of seed oil
  • 2 organic oranges
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

First, blend the carrots together with the oil in order to obtain a sort of cream, then add it to the eggs whipped with the sugar. Flavor with the zest of the oranges , add the squeezed juice and finally the sifted flour with the baking powder and the almond flour . Pour into a cake mold and cook at 180°C for 30-40 minutes , doing the toothpick test before removing from the oven.

Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 30 g of bitter cocoa
  • 300 g of almonds
  • 200 g of butter
  • 220 g of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • icing sugar to taste for garnish

First toast the almonds in the oven then blend them with a couple of tablespoons of sugar taken from the total to obtain a flour. Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy, then add the almonds, the melted chocolate with the butter and the bitter cocoa. Pour the mixture into a pan and cook at 170°C for 45 minutes . This time the dough should be moist so don't worry if it looks raw. Serve it once cold, completing with a sprinkling of icing sugar.

  • 250 g of Nutella
  • icing sugar to taste
  • cocoa to taste

Whip the eggs with an electric whisk (or in a stand mixer fitted with a wire whisk) until they have tripled in volume. Then add the Nutella, which must be soft, and mix until it is incorporated. Pour it into a pan of about 20 cm in diameter and cook at 175°C for 20 minutes . Once cold, serve garnished with icing sugar.

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g of cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cold water
  • 90 g of rice flour (gluten free)
  • 25 g of potato starch (gluten-free)
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 500ml of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g of clarified butter

Start by beating the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the water and the now cold melted butter. Incorporate the sifted flour and starch and then the milk in which you have left the lemon zest to infuse. Finally, add the whipped egg whites , stirring gently so as not to disassemble the mixture. Pour everything into a 20 cm square pan and cook at 150°C for 60 minutes, then at 140°C for another 30 minutes . Once ready, let the cake cool down and put it in the fridge for two hours covered in plastic wrap before serving.

The tenerina cake owes its name to the particular consistency it has once cooked. It's a quick cake, perfect for quenching the craving for chocolate , but also very simple to make. Here is our recipe.

Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of butter
  • 60 g of flour
  • 30 g of icing sugar
  • 4 eggs

Whip the egg yolks with half the sugar, then stir in the melted chocolate with the butter and sifted flour. Only lastly, and with delicate movements, add the whipped egg whites with the remaining sugar. Pour the mixture into a cake pan and cook at 180°C for 30 minutes . The toothpick test is completely superfluous because the cake will still be very moist once taken out of the oven . Let it cool completely before removing it from the mold and decorating it with a sprinkling of icing sugar.

  • desiccated coconut flakes to taste

Mix the flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Then add the melted butter and the egg, then add the milk and coconut flour . Pour the dough into a pan lined with parchment paper and cook at 180°C for 30 minutes . Once cold, you can enjoy the cake by simply decorating it with icing sugar or coconut flakes . Alternatively, following the recipe on the site, you can complete it with a glaze.

Ricotta cheese pie

One of the tricks that never disappoints to obtain a soft cake is to use ricotta cheese inside the dough . This is how the ricotta cake was born, light and fragrant as you could ever imagine. Those with a sweet tooth can also add some chocolate chips or, why not, perfume the dough with lemon and/or vanilla. So you got it: it's really versatile!

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 250 g of 00 flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g of butter
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 120 g of chocolate drops

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the latter with the sugar. Then add the melted butter and the ricotta and once you have obtained a cream, add the sifted flour with the baking powder one spoon at a time. Separately, whip the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them into the mixture, stirring gently. Pour everything into a baking tray and cook at 190°C for 40 minutes.
