How to prepare cauliflower soup recipe

  1. In a pan, brown the garlic clove with the oil and chilli pepper. Then add the cauliflower cut into not too large pieces (it is not necessary to be precise because once cooked it will fall apart completely) and fry it for a couple of minutes.
  2. Then cover the cauliflower loosely with water, add a pinch of salt and leave to cook for 20 minutes .
  3. Then add the pasta of the size you prefer (in our opinion the tubes are perfect) and cook it. It will take about ten minutes.
  4. Season with pepper and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. If desired, complete with a sprinkling of parmesan.

Even richer and creamier, cauliflower and potato soup is prepared by adding a diced potato to the cauliflower in the first phase of cooking. You will get a satiating and delicious dish, try it to believe it.

If you prefer dry pasta instead (who can blame you), then try the cauliflower and bacon pasta , equally simple and very tasty.

Conservation

The cauliflower soup with pasta will keep for a couple of days in the refrigerator . Cover it well and reheat it in a pan before consuming it.
