The broccoli and sausage pizza with mozzarella is a truly amazing white pizza, easy to prepare both in the pan and on the plate.

How to prepare the broccoli and sausage pizza recipe
- First, prepare the pizza dough . In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar with the water then add the flour and start kneading, first with a spoon then by hand. When the dough begins to compact, add the salt and a couple of tablespoons of oil and finish working on the pastry board. You will need to get a smooth and elastic dough .
- Put it to rise in the oven turned off with the light on for 3 hours or until it has more than doubled in volume.
- Meanwhile, remove the broccoli florets and steam them for 7 minutes . They should be tender but consistent.
- In a pan, heat the remaining oil with the garlic clove and the chilli pepper. Add the broccoli, season with salt and sauté them for 5 minutes, just long enough for them to flavor. Keep them aside covered.
- Once the dough has risen, divide it into 2 or 3 pizzas depending on the size you want to obtain and roll out each dough with your hands until it reaches half a centimeter thick.
- Spread a little broccoli on each pizza, the sausage removed from the casing and crumbled by hand and the diced mozzarella for pizza.
- Bake in the oven at 220 ° C for 20 minutes then remove from the oven and serve.
