Maracuja caipiroska

The base is white vodka, which with its neutral flavor can mix with a variety of flavors.
The second essential element is maracuja, the well-known passion fruit . This product originates from Brazil, has a round shape and a color that is generally yellow, but can also tend towards purple. Furthermore, it has small black seeds which, once the fruit is squeezed, end up in the drink, to give an even more particular appearance to the spirit. With its color and flavor, maracuja gives a tropical flavor to this cocktail, which becomes so refreshing with the addition of ice!
Preparing the recipe for maracuja caipiroska
- To begin, wash the lime; then, cut it into cubes.
- Transfer them into the glass (you can choose a low or high tumbler).
- To this, add a spoonful of brown sugar.
- Take a pestle and start crushing the citrus fruit, trying to mix it with the sweetener.
- At this point, take the passion fruit and cut it in half .
- Take one half and squeeze the juice into the glass, letting the seeds fall out too.
- Then, pour the ice into the glass, without reaching the rim.
- Finally, pour in the vodka until it covers the ice.
- All you have to do is mix with a long-handled spoon to mix all the ingredients and serve.
Conservation
The maracuja caipiroska is an excellent drink to serve for an aperitif or an occasion to share with friends. The advice is to consume it immediately .
