Microwave brownies
Perfect even without cooking in the oven, microwave brownies are a chocolate dessert that everyone can enjoy.
If you've never tried brownies you don't know what you're missing. This American dessert with a particular consistency is a real concentrate of taste (and calories!) , perfect for filling up on energy during the most exhausting days. Preparing brownies in the microwave is the shortest way to enjoy them.

How to prepare microwave brownies recipe
- First, put the butter in a bowl and melt it in the microwave .
- Chop the chocolate with a knife and melt it in the microwave at low temperature, stirring occasionally, then add it to the butter.
- Separately, break the eggs, add the sugar and mix everything with an electric whisk until you obtain a frothy mixture.
- Still with the whisk in action but at low speed, mix in the melted chocolate with the butter first, then the sifted flour with the bitter cocoa.
- Pour the dough into a buttered and floured 20×20 cm pan and cook in the microwave at 350W for 30 minutes.
Tips and variations of microwave dessert
The brownies can be enriched by adding dried fruit such as walnuts or hazelnuts, whole or roughly chopped with a knife, to the mixture. Also go ahead to add flavorings such as vanilla or orange zest: you will taste how delicious!
