Preparing the recipe for milk cutlets in the air fryer

  1. First, clean the chicken slices from any nerves and make sure they are not very thick.
  2. In a very large bowl, pour the entire quantity of milk.
  3. Dip the chicken slices inside, which must be completely covered by the liquid.
  4. Leave the meat to marinate for at least 15-20 minutes and, in the meantime, prepare the breading.
  5. In another container, pour the breadcrumbs and add the grated cheese and a pinch of salt; if you want, also flavor with aromatic herbs. Then, mix everything together.
  6. Drain one slice of chicken at a time and pass it in the breading, pressing on each side , to make it adhere completely.
  7. As you bread them, place them on a plate.
  8. Place the chicken breast in the air fryer basket and spray a little olive oil.
  9. Cook at 180°C for 6-8 minutes ; then, turn them and cook at 200°C for as many minutes.
