Mozzarella balls in the air fryer

Mozzarella balls in the air fryer

The aperitif is served with delicious mozzarella balls breaded in an air fryer, easy to prepare with a stringy filling.

We often buy them at the supermarket, but frozen they are not as good as the ones you can make at home. The recipe for preparing mozzarella in an air fryer is really easy, contrary to what you might think. The list of ingredients is very short and includes components that are easy to obtain. The main ingredient is mozzarella , which is much more practical to use; if you can't find them, you can still think about using mozzarella to cut into pieces (if well drained and blotted).

All you have to do is bread the cherries, creating a double breading with eggs, flour and breadcrumbs. Air cooking allows you to have a light and healthy frying product, because you don't need a lot of oil to fry them. In short, these balls with their crunchy coating and stringy filling will be a success!
