How to prepare the mussels recipe in the air fryer
- First clean the mussels by removing the beard and scraping the shell. Then rinse them under running water.
- In the basket, without the grill, put the minced garlic with a spoonful of oil and a grind of pepper. Season at 200°C for 5 minutes.
- Add the cleaned mussels and continue cooking at 160°C for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, flavoring them with chopped parsley and a slice of lemon.
Mussels are excellent both as a second course and as a fish starter. Accompany them with bread because the cooking liquid is perfect for making slipper!
