Fresh strawberries , whipping cream and icing sugar are the ingredients needed to prepare Santa's cute faces.
You can use this recipe especially if you are planning a dinner or a buffet event and if you want to get creative you can also add decorations to the faces to simulate the different facial expressions with the sugar icing.

Ingredients
for Santa Claus strawberries and cream
- Strawberries – 20
- Fresh whipping cream – 100 ml
- Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp
- granulated sugar (for decoration) – to taste
- colored sprinkles (for decoration) – to taste
- mint leaves (for decoration) – to taste
Preparation
of Santa Clauses of strawberries and cream
First wash the strawberries well then dry them with a kitchen cloth, cut the stem to obtain a base on which to place them.
Cut the tip which you will then use to make Santa's hat.
Pour the very cold cream into a bowl, add the sugar and whip.
Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag and fill the bases of the strawberries with the cream. Lay the tips on top to form the hats then complete the decoration by making tufts to create the tips of the hats.
Continue in this way until you run out of ingredients. Et voilĂ , the sweets are ready!
Conservation
It is preferable to consume the Santa Clauses with cream and strawberries prepared following this recipe immediately after preparation.
