No-bake cheesecake with the Thermomix: maximum gluttony (and speed!)
The recipe for cheesecake with the Thermomix is quick and easy and can be filled as desired with many different ingredients.
It is one of the most loved desserts ever and can be prepared in many different variations: are you ready to prepare the cheesecake with the Thermomix with us? This cake, which can be cooked or raw, is really simple to make and is perfect to serve on any occasion, whether it's a fresh breakfast or as a dessert at the end of an important dinner.
Today we will make an egg-free cheesecake that we will cool in the fridge, and then we will also see some variations for filling it. Let's start!
How to make Thermomix cold cheesecake
- Let's start with the base of the cheesecake. Put the biscuits in the bowl and chop finely. 7 until they are a powder.
- Once done , mix the melted butter and operate the machine on speed. 5 for 10 seconds.
- At this point form the base inside a springform cake pan. Give it a thickness of at least 1 centimeter and leave it in the fridge to rest.
- Now let's move on to the filling. Clean the mixing bowl and work the cheese with the sugar and the yoghurt for about 1 minute at speed. 4.
- Set the mixture aside and whip the cream . 3 for at least 45 seconds. Incorporate the two compounds and pour everything on the base.
- Level the surface well and leave the cake in the fridge for at least 5 hours . Enjoy your meal!
Nutella cheesecake with Thermomix and other variations
As we have said, there are many ways to garnish a cheesecake, and one of them is preparing the dough with Nutella.
- Mix the cheese with Nutella vel. 5 for about 1 and a half minutes (for the doses used 500 g of Philadelphia and 350 g of Nutella).
- Fill the cake and let it rest in the refrigerator.
Another idea, for a fresher and warmer version, is to use fresh fruit to garnish the cake once it has cooled. And if you want, you can also create a layer of jam as a cover, a colorful and delicious garnish !

Thermomix cooked cheesecake: the baked variant
It's true, we told you that we would make a cold cake without cooking, but the famous American cake has always been debated as to which version is better, the raw one or the cooked one. So a hint is needed!
If you want to make a baked version , you can use:
- 500 g Philadelphia
- 240 g of granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g of Digestive-type dry biscuits
- 200 g of butter
- 1 lemon
- The procedure is very simple: blend the biscuits in the vel. 5 and add the butter, then let it go at speed. 6 for 20 sec.
- Compact the bottom of the pan, then move on to the filling : sugar and vel eggs. 4 for 3 min, then Philadelphia (speed 5 for 50 sec) and finally lemon peel (again 20 sec).
- Put everything on top of the base and cook at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
- Bake and garnish as you like!
