A dish that we could define as Italian-American, spaghetti with meatballs combines two classics of our tradition. Here's how she prepares them directly from the recipe published on social media:

  • 220 g of beef
  • 150 g of sausage
  • 30 g of stale bread
  • 50 g of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
  • 1 egg
  • Parsley to taste
  • 1 pinch of dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • 200 g of tomato puree seasoned with salt and basil
  • 320 g of pasta

Combine all the ingredients except pasta, oil and puree in a bowl and mix well with your hands to form a smooth meatball mixture. Take small portions about the size of a walnut and roll them in your hands. Brown them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and, once cooked, add the tomato puree.
