Spaghetti with meatballs
A dish that we could define as Italian-American, spaghetti with meatballs combines two classics of our tradition. Here's how she prepares them directly from the recipe published on social media:
- 220 g of beef
- 150 g of sausage
- 30 g of stale bread
- 50 g of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
- 1 egg
- Parsley to taste
- 1 pinch of dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- 200 g of tomato puree seasoned with salt and basil

Combine all the ingredients except pasta, oil and puree in a bowl and mix well with your hands to form a smooth meatball mixture. Take small portions about the size of a walnut and roll them in your hands. Brown them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and, once cooked, add the tomato puree. Continue until cooked, then use the pasta sauce .
