The whole world, adults and children, loves them but not everyone knows how to make Nutella crepes, a dessert that combines simplicity and deliciousness! By following our simple steps you can create this dessert in a short time and serve it as an end-of-meal, or have fun preparing it with friends to give yourself a moment of afternoon gluttony .

What we will propose to you today is the classic variant: we will make a neutral dough which we will then fill with Nutella at will! But if you are looking for a recipe where you can indulge yourself, you are in the right place: strawberries, bananas, chopped hazelnuts, jams… any addition is allowed today!

How to prepare the recipe for Nutella crêpes

  1. Let's start with the crêpe dough. Place the eggs in a bowl, a pinch of salt , and begin to beat them with a fork or a whisk, also adding the milk slowly.
  2. When the two elements are well mixed , add the sifted flour so as not to form any lumps. Mix until you have obtained a homogeneous and nice thick mixture.
  3. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, and once you have waited the necessary time, grease a pan with butter . For each crepe, one ladle will be enough: spread it well over the entire surface of the pan using the handle or using the appropriate utensil and cook over a moderate heat for about 1 minute on each side. Turn it over when the edges start to lift.
  4. Once the dough is finished, spread a spoonful of Nutella on the surface of the crepes and fold it over itself several times, until you obtain a triangular shape.

This is undoubtedly the simplest way to prepare them but green light for extra toppings such as cream, icing sugar or chopped hazelnuts . Furthermore, to further speed up the recipe, you can prepare the crêpe batter with the Thermomix .

Conservation

The crepe batter can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 12 hours (you can prepare it in the evening for the morning). The crepes, on the other hand, can be kept in the refrigerator, well covered in cling film, for 1-2 days .
