The beauty of preparing desserts with the Thermomix lies in the possibility of being able to count on quick recipes which however have nothing to envy of more classic preparations. The Nutella swirl with Thermomix is certainly no exception and this is why, after trying it, we decided to share the recipe with you. Keep in mind that all Bimby models are suitable for making it (TM5, TM6 and TM31).
Preparation
How to prepare the Nutella roll recipe with the Thermomix
Place the sugar in the bowl and pulverize it for 10 seconds. speed Turbo.
Add the eggs and yolk and mix for 30 seconds. speed 4.
Finally, add the flour , preferably sifted, and finish mixing the ingredients for 3 minutes. speed 3.
Now that the dough is ready, line the baking tray with baking paper and pour it, forming a layer of uniform thickness. Cook at 180°C for 8 minutes , until the surface is golden.
Remove from the oven and immediately cover with cling film so that it remains soft. Once cold, spread Nutella (or another cream of your choice).
Roll up the longest side, wrap it in baking paper and let it rest for at least an hour in the fridge before cutting. Serve with a sprinkling of icing sugar or as we did with coconut flakes.
If you don't have a Thermomix but don't want to give up this delicacy, prepare the classic Nutella roll : the preparation is not that difficult and electric whisks will be enough.
Conservation
The roll with the Thermomix can be kept out of the refrigerator for 2-3 days under a cake container.
