Preparing octopus in the air fryer

  1. Wash the octopus using plenty of water to remove any impurities.
  2. Take a container large enough to contain the amount of octopus available.
  3. Cut it into medium-sized pieces and place it in a container for marinating.
  4. Add extra virgin olive oil, parsley and garlic. It will be necessary to keep it marinated for at least twenty minutes.
  5. Once the octopus is marinated, turn on the air fryer.
  6. Insert the octopus into the fryer basket and set it to cook for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
  7. Use the garlic and parsley again along with a little lemon juice to give additional flavor to the octopus.
  8. Once cooked, taste and add salt if necessary (to your personal taste).
  9. Make sure the cooking is perfect. The consistency of the octopus will be soft on the inside and at the same time it will also be possible to appreciate a fairly crunchy browning on the outside.
  10. Serve with the addition of white wine vinegar and perhaps a little more lemon.
