Pancakes in air fryer

Furthermore, it is also possible to prepare the pancakes in advance and reheat them in the morning, always in the air fryer. How to make air fryer pancakes recipe
- First, break the eggs , separating the white from the yolk. Whip the first ones until stiff and keep them aside. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they are light and frothy, then add the milk.
- Flavor with vanilla extract (or vanillin or lemon zest) and add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
- Finally, add the egg whites, mixing gently from bottom to top.
- Heat the air fryer basket for 3 minutes at 200°C.
- Place a sheet of baking paper cut to size on the bottom and then form your pancakes using a spoon. Keep a few centimeters of distance between one and the other because they tend to grow during cooking.
- Cook them at 200°C for 3-4 minutes , making sure they are cooked underneath before serving.
The best way to enjoy pancakes is with maple syrup but jams, hazelnut cream or honey will also work well. Add some fresh fruit to make breakfast an even more complete dish.

Conservation
The pancakes will keep for one or two days in the refrigerator, well wrapped in cling film. Consume them after heating them for 2 minutes at 150°C in an air fryer.
