How to prepare the pasta recipe with agretti and cherry tomatoes
- First, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package. We advise you to use spaghetti which pairs well with this particular vegetable.
- In the meantime, in a pan, heat the oil with the garlic and chilli and brown. Then add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and leave for 5 minutes .
- When there are 5 minutes left until the pasta is cooked , dip the well-cleaned agretti (to clean the agretti first remove the final part with the roots then rinse them several times under water).
- Drain everything well and sauté in the pan for a couple of minutes. Serve hot, finishing with a sprinkling of grated parmesan if desired.
To make this dish even tastier you can add 2 tablespoons of Taggiasca olives and 1 teaspoon of desalted capers to the sautéed garlic.

storage
Spaghetti with agretti and tomato will keep for a couple of days in the refrigerator. Reheat them in a pan or in the microwave before consuming them.
